This is an opportunity for practitioners interested in the exciting field of Anti-Aging/Age Management medicine with a specific focus on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). On the job training is provided (our clinic is open on Fridays only) and practitioners will enjoy working in a low-stress, positive, wellness-focused practice. The practice is very pleasant and rewarding — many patients express gratitude at the huge improvements in their lives that BHRT has made. Practitioner should have an interest and willingness to learn about age-management, integrative medicine, and optimizing health as people age, and a willingness to counsel patients about dietary and other lifestyle habits.

Our clinic specializes in balancing and replacing the critical hormones that all men and women lose as they age. We also offer acoustic wave therapy, a simple in-office procedure that is a non-invasive, drug-free, and surgery free treatment for symptoms such as erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease.

Qualified practitioner should have some job experience in family medicine / primary care, emergency medicine, and / or urgent care. Most importantly they must be kind, charismatic, empathetic, and enjoy patient interactions, and be able to discuss a variety of intimate subjects with patients without judgment and be able to put patients at ease with regard to such subjects. They will be expected to learn about and provide consultations regarding the use of low-intensity shockwave therapy (LISWT) to treat erectile dysfunction, and learn other techniques to improve sexual health in both men and women.

Practitioner should be comfortable with minor procedures including wound and infection management, and a variety of simple soft tissue infections. They will undergo on the job training to be able to insert subcutaneous hormone pellets in both men and women and will learn basic protocols using bioidentical hormones to help optimize aging and health.

Practitioner should be comfortable with soft tissue injections into a variety of locations. They will also be required to learn about and interpret some basic lab work and make patient phone calls, adjust doses, refill prescriptions, and be accessible during office hours for patient questions and consultation. They should have an interest in learning about basic supplements and vitamins to promote optimal health.

All patients will be expected to have regular primary care providers to whom they can be referred back to for any issues not related to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy — this is a specialty practice. Anticipated workload is 2-3 days per week, 9am – 5pm.
