An early study of 2,000 obese adults revealed that people using semaglutide plus a diet and exercise program lost 15-20% of their starting weight over the course of 68 weeks, while participants who incorporated only lifestyle changes without semaglutide lost about 2.4% of their weight.  In other clinical trials, patients using Semaglutide experienced an average weight loss of 9-17% of their starting weight.
